In observance of the Labor Day Holiday, HCWCID 116, HRF, and TOPS offices will be closed on Monday, September 5 and will reopen during normal business hours on Tuesday, September 6.
HCWCID 116 Customers: For Water related customer service, billing and/or Water Emergencies, call TOPS at 281-807-9500 (24 hr answering service).
For HRF related issues, emails will be responded to in a timely manner when office reopens. Utilize drop box to the left of front door of HRF Clubhouse (5300 Coral Gables Dr) for correspondence/payments to HCWCID 116, HRF, and/or HCA. Water payments that are dropped off to clubhouse will be picked up during the week and processed by TOPS.
