*If a NEW RESIDENT applies for ANNUAL Full or Full w/Extended Family patronage within 60-90 days of becoming a resident of the District, their fees will be $150 for Full and $200 for Full w/Extended Family for the first (1st) year of patronage. NEW RESIDENTS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INVITATION OFFERING DISCOUNT.

**If a NEW RESIDENT applies for MONTHLY Full or Full with Extended Family patronage within the first 60-90 days of becoming a resident of the District, their fees will be $210 ($17.50/mo) for Full and $258 ($21.50/mo) for Full with Extended Family for the first (1st) year.

**Resident Patron Fees paid monthly are subject to the requirements of the District’s Rate Order. If a Resident opts for the monthly payment of HRF Patron Fees, then such Customer shall be required to pay the entire water and sewer service bill for such account, including the applicable HRF Patron Fees and any other fees and charges on said bill, via electronic auto-pay. If a Resident does not pay the Resident Patron Fees as billed on a monthly basis, the entire amount becomes immediately due and payable and the monthly payment option is no longer an available payment option for such Resident. Resident Patrons must also remain current on payment of their water and sewer service bills in order to utilize the monthly payment option. Non-payment of the monthly Resident Patron Fees subjects the Resident Patron to the potential for any legal restitution available to the District for such unpaid fees and refusal by the District of use of the Facilities until such unpaid fee is paid. Resident Patron key card access will be terminated 60 days after the unpaid amount of the Resident Patron Fees become immediately due.

Payments made with credit card and the monthly payment option on water bill include processing fee(s). HRF Patron Fees are non-refundable.

Check and/or money order payments are accepted for Patron Fees, payable to Huntwick Recreation Facilities. Mail or drop off to HRF Office at 5300 Coral Gables, Houston, TX 77069 with Resident Patron Agreement.
