During normal business operating hours, the HC WCID 116 and HRF offices will remain open. In order to protect our customers and our employees during the COVID-19 virus issues, we are limiting public contact. The front door will remain locked. Payments can be made online, placed in Drop Box, or mailed to the address on water bill statement. New water service applications can be sent by email. Our office will still receive calls during normal working hours. We are here to help anyway we can, but are following guidelines of public contact during this National Emergency.

Coronavirus and Drinking Water and Wastewater

EPA is providing important information about COVID-19 as it relates to drinking water and wastewater to provide clarity to the public. The COVID-19 virus has not been detected in drinking-water supplies. Based on current evidence, the risk to water supplies is low. Americans can continue to use and drink water from their tap as usual. HCWCID 116 Customers, your water is safe. No bottled water required. Only flush toilet paper – NO FLUSHING OF WIPES OR PAPER TOWELS to prevent sewer backup.
