Construction for the NHCRWA Water Distribution Project connecting new direct surface water line to Champions Municipal Utility District (“Champions MUD”) through Huntwick Forest subdivision is underway. This is a NHCRWA/Champions MUD project; it is not a HCWCID 116 project.
