Dog Park to Reopen July 29th
Improvements to the dog park located at 13715 Charwell Crossing, also known as Donut Lake, will be wrapping up over this weekend and will be reopening Monday, July 29th. Concrete pads have been installed at both entrances into dog park as well as a dog washing station for your convenience, and repairs to gate/fencing. We appreciate everyone's patience and hope that residents as well as their "fur babies" will enjoy the improvements.

Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program – Televising and Smoke Testing
The District has a sanitary sewer collection system comprised of approximately 43,160 feet of gravity sewer piping ranging in size from 8 inches to 24 inches in diameter and close to 350 manholes. The system is designed to collect wastewater from residents and commercial entities and transport it to the wastewater treatment plant. The majority of this system was constructed of reinforced concrete and clay pipe in the 1970s. Concrete pipe can experience aggressive deterioration from the corrosive environment created by the sewer gases.
