Due to necessary electrical repairs, power will be out to all Patron card access Facilities (ie bathrooms, tennis & pickleball courts, clubhouse) at both properties at 5300 Coral Gables and 13715 Charwell Crossing on Monday, December 15, 2025. Electrical power and Patron card access to both Rec Facility properties is expected to be restored by end of day on Monday, Dec 15.

A public hearing for Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No 116 to discuss the proposed tax rate for the 2025 tax year will be held on October 13, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Early Morning Adult Swim is being extended to Sunday, November 2, 2025. EMAS is offered Tuesday thru Sundays at 5:00am to 10:00am. Reminders: No lifeguards on duty during EMAS.
