NOTICE OF WATER METER REPLACEMENT HARRIS COUNTY WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 116 Dear Customer, Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 116 (HCWCID No. 116) will be conducting a scheduled Smart Water Meter Replacement Program throughout the District. Due to the gas main-service line construction project by CenterPoint Energy in the Huntwick Forest subdivision, there is a possibility of accidental damage to residential water and/or sewer lines. ATTENTION! Power will be out to all Patron card access Facilities on Monday, December 15, 2025

Due to necessary electrical repairs, power will be out to all Patron card access Facilities (ie bathrooms, tennis & pickleball courts, clubhouse) at both properties at 5300 Coral Gables and 13715 Charwell Crossing on Monday, December 15, 2025. Electrical power and Patron card access to both Rec Facility properties is expected to be restored by end of day on Monday, Dec 15.
