HCWCID 116 Customer Notice: Water/Sewer Service Interruptions Related to Gas Line Construction

Due to the gas main-service line construction project by CenterPoint Energy in the Huntwick Forest subdivision, there is a possibility of accidental damage to residential water and/or sewer lines. If you experience a disruption to your water or sewer service believed to be related to this construction, please contact Si Enviro at 281-807-9500 immediately for initial response and assessment. ATTENTION! Power will be out to all Patron card access Facilities on Monday, December 15, 2025

Due to necessary electrical repairs, power will be out to all Patron card access Facilities (ie bathrooms, tennis & pickleball courts, clubhouse) at both properties at 5300 Coral Gables and 13715 Charwell Crossing on Monday, December 15, 2025. Electrical power and Patron card access to both Rec Facility properties is expected to be restored by end of day on Monday, Dec 15.

Early Morning Adult Swim is being extended to Sunday, November 2, 2025!

Early Morning Adult Swim is being extended to Sunday, November 2, 2025. EMAS is offered Tuesday thru Sundays at 5:00am to 10:00am. Reminders: No lifeguards on duty during EMAS. HRF Full Patron must be 18 years old or older. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted in the pool or pool area during EMAS sessions. Huntwick’s Annual July 4th Celebration!

Hosted by HCA and HCWCID 116 Open to all Residents of HCWCID 116 and all Patrons of the Recreation Facilities Friday, July 4th 11:30 am - Parade Children’s bike parade begins at intersections of Balmore Circle and Glen Erica through the Huntwick Subdivision, and ending at the HRF Clubhouse, where participants can enjoy a thorough soaking by the Champions Fire Department hook and ladder trucks! Decorate your car, bike, scooter, roller blades, stroller, wagon or whatever gets you there! 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pool Party There will be music, games, great food and local craft beer.
