2/20/2021 On 2/15/21 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Harris County MUD # 116 public water system, TX1010507 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. Due to loss of water pressure, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the Harris County WCID #116 public water system to notify all customers to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions). On October 12, 2020, the Board authorized re-opening the HRF Clubhouse subject to State occupancy limitations due to COVID-19. The Board also amended the HRF Rules and Regulations to require a non-refundable sanitization fee for all House Rentals. Annual Huntwick Forest 4th of July event update! The traditional neighborhood parade and pool party have been cancelled due to social distancing concerns related to COVID-19. Pool holiday hours for Saturday, July 4th are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Must be an active HRF Full Patron and reservations are required to be made before coming to pool. Bring your access card to enter center pool gate at your reserved time. Remember to practice social distancing between others not a part of your household.
