On October 12, 2020, the Board authorized re-opening the HRF Clubhouse subject to State occupancy limitations due to COVID-19. The Board also amended the HRF Rules and Regulations to require a non-refundable sanitization fee for all House Rentals. Offices will reopen during normal operating hours on Monday, November 30, 2020.

Annual Huntwick Forest 4th of July event update! The traditional neighborhood parade and pool party have been cancelled due to social distancing concerns related to COVID-19. Pool holiday hours for Saturday, July 4th are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Must be an active HRF Full Patron and reservations are required to be made before coming to pool. Bring your access card to enter center pool gate at your reserved time. Remember to practice social distancing between others not a part of your household.

HC WCID 116 and HRF offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the 4th of July Holiday. Offices will reopen on Monday, July 6th during normal business hours. HRF office/lobby remains closed to visitors/customers until further notice due to social distancing concerns related to COVID-19. Utilize the drop boxes located at the Clubhouse (5300 Coral Gables) or at the Water Plant (5135 Cobles Corner) for water payments and HRF annual Patron dues. HC WCID 116, the “District”, has a sanitary sewer collection system comprised of approximately 43,160 feet of gravity sewer piping ranging in size from 8 inches to 24 inches in diameter and close to 350 manholes. The system is designed to collect wastewater from residents and commercial entities and transport it to the wastewater treatment plant. The majority of this system was constructed of reinforced concrete and clay pipe in the 1970s. Concrete pipe can experience aggressive deterioration from the corrosive environment created by the sewer gases.
