Due to necessary electrical repairs, power will be out to all Patron card access Facilities (ie bathrooms, tennis & pickleball courts, clubhouse) at both properties at 5300 Coral Gables and 13715 Charwell Crossing on Monday, December 15, 2025.
Electrical power and Patron card access to both Rec Facility properties is expected to be restored by end of day on Monday, Dec 15.
