No Boil Water in Effect for HCWCID 116
Dear Residents of HCWCID #116, You may have seen on the local news and other outlets that the City of Houston and some MUD districts may be under a boil water notice due a problem at one of their Treatment Plants. This does not affect the water that is delivered to HCWCID #116 through the NHCRWA, and the District is not under the boil water notice at this time.

Huntwick Recreation Facilities Office Holiday Hours Closed December 20-26, 2022 & January 2, 2023 For HRF related issues, email admin@huntwickwater.com. Emails will be responded to in a timely manner upon office reopening. All offices will reopen during normal operating hours on Tuesday, December 27th and Tuesday, January 3rd.
Notice of Withdrawal of Stage 1 Drought Conditions
As of November, 17, 2022, North Harris County Regional Water Authority has withdrawn implementation of Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan. Stage 1 drought conditions have been lifted. Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate
The Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No 116 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2022 on October 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM at 5300 Coral Gables, Houston, Texas 77069. In observance of the Labor Day Holiday, HCWCID 116, HRF, and TOPS offices will be closed on Monday, September 5 and will reopen during normal business hours on Tuesday, September 6.
