The Huntwick Recreation Facilities are owned and maintained by Harris County WCID No. 116 for the benefit of the community served by the District.
The Facilities are located at 5300 Coral Gables and 13715 Charwell Crossing. A clubhouse, six tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, swimming pool, two playgrounds, athletic field, and a bark park are located on the properties. The athletic field, playgrounds, and bark park are open to all residents of HC WCID 116, all Patrons of the Recreation Facilities and their accompanied guests. HRF patronage, as well as Guest fees (if applicable), are required for the use of Patron Facilities which includes the pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and clubhouse.
House Patrons may rent the clubhouse and join All-Patron groups which use the clubhouse for parties, meetings, and other events. Full Patrons enjoy the same benefits as House Patrons with the added benefit of use of swimming and tennis facilities. Full Patrons may reserve pool area for private parties or host All-Patron pool parties. Visit Pool Rental Rates page for more information.
The District reserves the right to refuse entry to or terminate any person’s use the Facilities for conduct or behavior not conforming to these Rules and Regulations.
